Masquerade Tourney

In this tourney, all tiers are allowed EXCEPT Ubers. The Masquerade Tourney is a tourney where you pick only two items. However, your opponent won't know which items are on each opponent. To make sure there are no hacks, each player may decide to look at each other's Pokemon to make sure there are no hacks in trade.
